Steeped in its rich history dating back to 1850, it exudes the glamor of yesteryear. Built by French engineers and Greek stone craftsmen from the area of Lala, they are a monument to the absolute flourishing of the commercial port of Katakolo.

Initially, the ground floor was used as a raisin packing area, while the first floor was the residence of the grape merchants. Afterwards, it housed the police station for many decades and for the last 30 years, it was the residence of Frangiskos Spinos - a merchant and president of the distinguished community of Katakolo.

Katakolo was characterized as the closest foreign port and a railway line was built, known as SPYK - Pyrgos / Katakolo Railway. Further enhancing Katakolo's distinct position as a gateway to foreign places.

Today, Jeny's Mansion has been adapted to the new times and has four fully equipped rental apartments.
